Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied we will replace or refund as per the policy below.

On receipt of goods, you have 14 days to report faulty, damaged or unsuitable item(s). You can do this by contacting our Everyday Play Customer Support Team on 01622 688343 or by email at info@everyday-play.co.uk

We will arrange a convenient date with you for the item(s) to be replaced.

If you would prefer a refund, after collection please allow 14 days for your return to be inspected and refunded. Refunds will be the same method of payment as your original payment.

All items that are no longer required but are reported within 14 days of delivery will incur a 20% handling and carriage return charge.

We are unable to accept returns of bespoke items for reasons other than being faulty or where damaged upon delivery.

All goods must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised play equipment
  • Items that have been assembled or installed
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or modification
  • Items damaged due to improper assembly or installation
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Stain, paint, or finishing materials once opened
