A little about this project
We were commissioned by a private customer in Biddenden, Kent, to design and build a bespoke raised playhouse tailored to their outdoor space. The brief was to create a fun, engaging play structure that would inspire imaginative play and physical activity for their children. The result is a beautifully handcrafted raised playhouse featuring a built-in slide, a dedicated climbing net, steps, and a spacious play deck.
Carefully designed to blend into the garden’s natural surroundings, this custom-built play area offers a perfect balance of adventure and aesthetics, making it a standout feature in their outdoor space.

At Sussex Road School we strive to develop bespoke outdoor environments on a fairly small site.
