A little about this project
Allington Primary School in Maidstone were looking to enhance their KS2 outdoor area, and here at Everyday Play, we were excited to help them achieve that vision.
Our pinnacle multi-pole climbing frame was the perfect fit for their needs with a few bespoke adaptions – a dynamic and versatile structure designed to encourage a wide range of physical and cognitive development. The school chose this piece because it incorporates elements that promote strength, coordination, balance, problem-solving, risk assessment, and imaginative play.
With its varied climbing challenges and interconnected poles, the Pinnacle encourages children to navigate space creatively, build resilience through physical activity, and collaborate with peers, fostering not only physical development but also social and emotional skills. It’s an excellent example of equipment that meets the needs of modern educational play – fun, inclusive, and designed to support well-rounded growth in Key Stage 2 children.

We had ideas of what the play area would look like but Everyday Play went beyond our expectations. They shared a detailed visual drawing of the fully bespoke area with us and after a couple of alterations, it was agreed and the design came to life.
Communication was one of their priorities and it was great to see such a qualified and enthusiastic team.
They were quick to overcome any issues related to working on such a large site. Lewis and all the team at Everyday Play involved us at all stages, ensuring we were happy with each phase prior to works moving forward.

At Sussex Road School we strive to develop bespoke outdoor environments on a fairly small site. The Everyday Play team have been working closely with us, using their knowledge and skills to safely interpret our somewhat fanciful suggestions, and create imaginative solutions in keeping with the ethos of the school.
