GDPR Policy – 2025

Everyday Play Limited

Golden Fleece Barn, Tenterden Road, Biddenden TN27 8BN

At Everyday Play Limited, we like to take photos and videos of completed projects within a school setting and sometimes ask pupils to join in. The images of our work are shared on Everyday Plays social media and website for promotional and sale purposes.

In May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) were brought into force by the European Commission to protect personal data

We want to make sure that Everyday Play follow the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect everyone’s privacy. This means we need permission from parents or guardians before we can use any photos of pupils.

We understand that these images can be special, so we handle them carefully and ensure they show fun and positive experiences without sharing any personal details unless requested, nor will these details, images be shared or sold to other companies. Photos may be retained for up to 5 years unless consent is withdrawn earlier.

Parents can ask us questions about how we use the photos, and they can also say no or withdraw their consent at any time if they don’t want their child’s picture shared. Please do ask for copies of any photographs you wish to keep.

We believe in being open and honest with families about our photo use.

By following the GDPR policy, we aim to keep all your students safe while still celebrating their school projects through our shared photos.

Your trust is important to us, and we take our responsibility seriously.
