Everyday Play

The team at Everyday Play had a fantastic time exhibiting at the Education People Show 2025! It was an incredible opportunity to meet so many enthusiastic and passionate education professionals and to share our expertise in creating inspiring, safe, and engaging play spaces for schools and nurseries.

We loved connecting with so many contacts from across the education sector and spreading awareness of the importance of play in a child’s development. From early years settings looking for EYFS-compliant play equipment to primary schools wanting to expand their KS2 play areas, it was a privilege to discuss how thoughtfully designed play areas can benefit children’s agility, balance, creativity, and social skills.

A highlight of the show was talking to schools and nurseries about theming specific play equipment to reflect their ethos, brand, or curriculum goals. Whether it was a nursery creating an imaginative EYFS play environment or a primary school planning to make the most of their budget while maximising play value, we were thrilled to offer advice and tailored solutions.

We also had lots of conversations around funding, particularly for primary schools looking to allocate budgets effectively. As a partner of FundEd, we can guide schools to get the most from their funding while delivering high-quality, engaging play spaces that make a real difference to children every day.

This year, we were honoured to be a chosen stand for the Education People Show’s anagram hunt, providing one of the letters for visitors. It was fantastic to be involved and a real pleasure to meet so many people taking part in the activity – it added an extra element of fun to the show and gave us a chance to engage with visitors in a playful way!

The Everyday Play team at the show – Nicole, Laura, and Lewis – were delighted to meet so many new contacts, hear about the challenges schools face, and share ideas on how play spaces can be both fun and educational.

The Education People Show 2025 was a brilliant reminder of how crucial outdoor and indoor play is for children’s growth – and how exciting it can be when designed with creativity, purpose, and school values in mind. We can’t wait to bring these ideas to life across schools and nurseries nationwide!
